The Rose gold Radiance booster is inspired by the 111skinโs famous rose gold mask and is supposed to be hydrating, brightening and illuminating.
This is a liquidy serum with micro particles of silver, gold and mica, looks like a liquid highlighter. It is light, doesnโt feels greasy and has the 111skinโs signature scent; which I love! You can apply 3 drops directly to the skin or mix it with your moisturizer or foundation. Looking at the ingredients list you can see that this product functions as both a skincare and a cosmetic product.
The humectants in this formula hydrate the skin and the Niacinamide helps brighten and even out the skin tone over time. The booster also contains some anti-inflammatory ingredients such as Rosa Damascena flower water, Silver and Gold; Gold and Silver are antioxidants and can calm acne inflammation, reduce skin redness and protect against free radicals that lead to wrinkles and sun damage.
Due to their intense ability to reflect light, the Gold and Mica particles in this product can make your complexion radiant immediately after applying to the skin (cosmetic effect). The addition of Titanium Dioxide also provides a slight protection against UV rays and even out the appearance of complexion via subtle reflection of light.
The thing that I like about 111skin products is that they FEEL good on the skin! It is a deal breaker for me when a product feels heavy or the scent is overpowering, Iโll ditch it even if it does miracles for my skin! This booster glides on the skin and gives a luminous look without looking oily or shiny; If you look up closely the sparkly particles are detectable. I actually found this product practical during my period and a week before when my skin is dull, extremely dehydrated and hates all types of creams and lotions; I only apply 4 drops of this booster after my vitamin C and that is it! No breakouts no irritation!
